A project begins with a clear conversation. These pages describe what an inquiry means, what it does not mean, and how we move toward a written agreement.
Website Use
This website is provided for general information about First Measure, its services, and the project-inquiry process. You agree to use it lawfully and respectfully.
We work to keep the information current, but do not promise that every description, photograph, price, availability statement, or other detail will always be complete or up to date.
Intellectual Property
First Measure owns or licenses the written content, photography, visual identity, and other materials on this website. Please do not copy, reproduce, or use them without written permission.
Names and marks belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
Project Inquiries & Estimates
An inquiry helps us understand your goals, property, timing, and needs. Any estimate or preliminary range is subject to further discussion, a site visit where appropriate, confirmed scope, selected materials, and other project details.
Submitting an inquiry does not obligate either you or First Measure to proceed.
No Contract Created by an Inquiry
A form submission, email, or phone conversation does not create a contract, guarantee availability, reserve a schedule, or authorize work.
Signed Agreements Before Work Begins
Work begins only after the parties have reviewed and signed a written agreement defining the scope, price or pricing method, schedule, responsibilities, and other applicable terms.
Project Scope
Changes to an agreed project should be documented and may affect price, materials, timing, or other responsibilities. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, reasonable access, and timely decisions or approvals required for the work.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website and its information are provided as available, without a promise that access will always be uninterrupted or error-free. First Measure is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the website or reliance on information provided there.
Nothing in these terms limits a right or remedy that applicable law does not permit us to limit.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in a court with appropriate jurisdiction and venue in Texas.
