• Property address
• Project information, timing, and preferences
• Uploaded photographs and other project materials

We collect only what helps us understand your needs, communicate with you, and prepare for a thoughtful conversation about the work.

We use the information you provide to communicate with you, prepare estimates, schedule conversations and work, coordinate projects, and provide customer support.

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Project photographs may be used for project documentation, quality records, portfolio work, educational examples, the First Measure website, and marketing.

Identifying information will not intentionally be shared without appropriate permission.

Before-and-after photographs may be used to demonstrate craftsmanship and the transformation of a project. We seek appropriate permission where it is required and take care not to identify a client or property without consent.

Project addresses, pricing, and personal information are treated with care. Access is limited to what is needed for communication, planning, and project coordination.

Information necessary to coordinate deliveries or obtain materials may be shared only with suppliers directly involved in the project, and only for that purpose.

First Measure may use modern software tools to organize projects and communicate efficiently. Information is shared with service providers only when it is needed to perform that function.

A future analytics section will be added if First Measure introduces website analytics. Any such tools will be reviewed and this policy updated.
